With interest rates expected to , you are in a better position to sell your home quickly and at a great price.  This topped with the fact that there are still low inventories for buyers, will help.  But the inventories are increasing and the pricing decreasing in the Newly constructed home market.  But so far this has not been seen in many areas with existing homes.  So pricing is still expected to go up 4% in 2025 on the average on homes like yours.  If you are looking to buy, the lower interest rates that are expected will greatly help you also.
